The copyright in all works supplied by thisisperfect will remain with thisisperfect In the event of you supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will thisisperfect be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.
Right to refuse
thisisperfect hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.
Prices
thisisperfect prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.
Payments
thisisperfect do not operate a credit facility. All orders of products need to be paid for prior to production.
The work
thisisperfect carry out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to sub-contract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.
Cancellations
thisisperfect cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.
The completed work
thisisperfect will do their best to give you a product as representative of your chosen colour matches as possible. However, under no circumstances will thisisperfect be responsible for variation in colour caused by inaccurate colour calibration of purchasers’ computer equipment. Our discretion is final. Purchasers who are unsure of any colour match should request a Colour Match card to be sent prior to ordering.
Delivery
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. thisisperfect do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, thisisperfect will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. thisisperfect will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.
Loss or damage
thisisperfect shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

Refunds and Returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your thisisperfect art. Because each piece is completely unique and made to order we are unable to offer refunds on items that are unwanted. However, when your art is delivered, if you think that you've made the wrong choice and your colours don't quite match, we are able to offer you a credit note for the value of the artwork excluding delivery.
