Tate visitors urged to mind the gap

Visitors to the Tate Modern are being urged to watch their step when viewing the latest addition.Shibboleth is a crack in the floor that gradually widens as it makes it away across the Tate's Turbine Hall.
The work, by Columbian artist Doris Salcedo, is designed to highlight the racial divisions in modern society.
However, it is getting headlines for the wrong reasons this morning with news that 15 people have injured themselves while looking at it.
Four of the incidents were reported to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), according to a freedom of information request by the Times newspaper.
The Tate is now considering new safety measures, including a clear plastic cover to prevent further accidents.
In the meantime, staff have been told to be extra-vigilant.
