Banksy caught on camera phone

Banksy, the infamous graffiti artist, appears to be banged to rights after being pictured at work in an East London Street. The Times newspaper has a report with pictures showing the mercurial Banksy, having up to now evading discovery, snapped by a passer-by with a camera phone.
It shows him, allegedly, in full flow, extending double yellow lines on to a wall of a house.
A spokesperson told the Times the artwork was genuine but refused to confirm or deny whether any image shows Banksy.
Whoever the artist is it again will not sit well with Tower Hamlets council, which is waging war against all graffiti.
Last week a council spokesman said: "Whilst some graffiti is considered to be art, we know that many of our residents think graffiti in areas where they live, such as local housing estates, is an eyesore."
Banksy was voted in a recent survey of 18 to 25-year-olds as the young adult's third favourite 'art hero'.
Walt Disney and Peter Kay were first and second.
