Interior design industry to gather for Dutch event

The interior design industry is sure to be well-represented as the dates for this year's running of the much-vaunted Dutch Design Week (DDW) were announced.Held in the culturally-vibrant city of Eindhoven, the dynamic event is now in its sixth year and promises even more extensive coverage of the best Dutch designers across all disciplines, reports dexigner.com.
Running from October 20th to 28th, DDW will this year spread across 40 different venues of all sizes in the city and feature more than 100 different exhibitions, shows, workshops, conferences and lectures, turning the whole of Eindhoven into an energised hub of cool new design ideas.
Both well-established and younger industry figures will feature their latest innovations, including those working in the worlds of fashion, textiles, graphics, products and interior design.
The event's opening day celebration will also conclude with the prize-giving ceremony of the prestigious Dutch Design Awards.
